Carmie's Kitchen - Chicken Enchilada Soup Mix

This is our most popular soup mix! It’s really cheesy and spicy-everything an enchilada soup should be! For extra heartiness, add chicken, black beans, and corn. To make this soup mix, just add water, cooked chicken, and a can of tomatoes.
